Order Processing Time

Your item is not made until you order it, so we appreciate your patience while we prepare your item for you. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but some may take up to 6 business days.

After the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Changes

Unfortunately—due to the nature of our supply chain—we are not able to change shipping addresses after an order is submitted.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We are currently only shipping to the US. Every order has a standard shipping fee of $5.00. Orders over the amount of $35 have free standard shipping. Expedited order costs may vary and are displayed at the time of purchase.

US Standard - Allow up to 12 business days from the ship date

US Expedited - Allow up to 6 business days from the ship date

US Overnight - Allow up to 4 business days from the ship date
